You should be capable of standing upright unassisted for 1 hour with full use of both hands. Individuals with epilepsy cannot participate in the adventure. Pregnant women or the elderly should exercise caution and may choose to be seated throughout the play. Most games are wheelchair-friendly, allowing customers to use the teleport mode to move around comfortably while seated. Players under the influence of alcohol will not be allowed to play. No refund or credit will be provided in such cases.

Motion sickness occurs when your brain receives conflicting signals from different sensory systems within your body that register motion. The majority of our games support in-game teleportation to move around the world, which decreases the chance of your eyes giving the brain the false signal that you are in motion when your body is in fact not moving in the real world. While we can't guarantee it completely, the likelihood of experiencing motion sickness is minimized, allowing you to enjoy the games comfortably. Our rooms are equipped with padded foam to protect you from any collisions with hard surfaces while immersed in the game. In escape room games, clear boundaries are set to ensure you stay within the designated play area. As long as you follow in-game instructions, you'll be safe throughout the experience. For other games, a safety wire attached from your headset to the ceiling limits your movement area, preventing any accidental collisions with fellow players in the room. Your safety is our top priority, allowing you to fully enjoy the VR experience worry-free.

Guests who are late will have a shortened experience, which will be equivalent to the remaining time in your session when the experience start. Guests who are 30 min late or more will have their booking forfeited.

Cancellation and Refunds: We have a strict no refund policy, and all sales are final. Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be canceled for a refund. Rescheduling: We understand that plans can change, and we offer the option to reschedule your booking. You can reschedule your reservation for free within 12 hours of the booking creation. For rescheduling requests made 12 hours after the booking creation, an administration fee of $5 per person will be charged. In general, food and beverages are not allowed in Overworld VR to ensure a clean and safe gaming environment. Glasses can be worn. However, we recommend you to wear your contact lenses instead of glasses where possible as it is the most comfortable, and glasses may get scratched. In the case that you are wearing glasses, the virtual reality headsets will be worn on top of your glasses and the distance between the left and right lenses in your headsets can be adjusted to fit your glasses. Our friendly staff will help you with the adjustment before the start of your experience. Note, however, that if the frames of your glasses are larger than normal, it will not fit inside the headsets.

Yes. Your OverworldVR game points will be cleared if it is inactive for 12 months from date of last game played.

Once you qualify for Silver, Gold or Platinum tier, you will be at that tier for a full year from the date you qualified. You will then have one year from that date to accumulate $200 to extend your membership for another year. If you do not accumulate the $200 in one year, your membership will be downgraded one tier back to Regular.
